Emergency (Off-hours & Holiday) Medical Care

This hospital is a critical care (tertiary emergency) center that treats critically ill patients in life-threatening situations that require advanced lifesaving treatment or emergency surgery. As such, medical care for patients of high urgency and severity is prioritized. Please note the following points.

*As priority is given to patients requiring urgent treatment, you may be asked to wait to be treated.
*The order in which patients are treated may change depending on the symptoms of other patients.
*At the time of examination, tests that are not considered urgent are to be performed at a later date on a weekday during regular business hours.

* In the event of violence, shouting or abusive language, or threatening behavior that causes any inconvenience to other patients or disrupts the operations of the hospital, the police will be notified immediately.
* Patients who do not follow the requests or instructions from the hospital may be refused treatment. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.

● Please bring your health insurance card and patient registration card (older versions are acceptable) with you on the day of your visit.

● Please enter the hospital using the Emergency Medical Care Center Entrance on the 1st floor of Building A.

● There is a reception counter next to the entrance. Please show your health insurance and patient registration cards there, and carry out the necessary reception procedures.

● Regarding medical certificates
Medical certificates cannot be issued on the day of treatment at the Emergency Medical Care Center. (Requests for medical examination for the purpose of having a medical certificate issued will be refused.) If you require a medical certificate, please request it from the relevant department during regular outpatient reception hours. (Depending on the situation of outpatient treatment at the hospital, you may not be able to have the certificate issued on the day of your visit.)
